Requirements:
                    
                      - 3+ years in operations leadership roles (COO or Head of Ops), ideally in gaming, ecommerce, collectibles, or digital platforms.
 
                      - Experience managing cross-border logistics, platform infrastructure, or virtual economies.
 
                      - Track record of scaling operations from early stage to growth.
 
                      - Comfortable working with both digital product flows
 
                      - Strong grasp of risk, compliance, and data integrity
 
                      - English - Upper Intermediate+
 
                    
                    Preferred:
                    
                      - Background in gamification, loot-based monetization, or user engagement mechanics.
 
                      - Exposure to crypto/NFT/Web3, streaming, or esports ecosystems.
 
                      - Experience with international payment systems, fraud monitoring, and KYC.

                    Operational Leadership
                    
                      - Translate the company vision into streamlined day-to-day operations.
 
                      - Build and manage workflows for product drops, reward fulfillment (digital and physical), and user support.
 
                      - Implement scalable operational systems, KPIs, and reporting dashboards.
 
                    
                    Lootbox System & Fulfillment Oversight
                    
                      - Manage the end-to-end lootbox lifecycle: from sourcing and stocking to randomized delivery and post-drop analysis.
 
                      - Optimize inventory tracking
 
                      - Manage procurement processes
 
                    
                    Compliance & Risk Management
                    
                      - Collaborate with legal to maintain compliance in regulated markets (e.g., EU, UK, etc).
 
                      - Create internal policies to drive business flawlessly
 
                    
                    Cross-Functional Alignment
                    
                      - Work closely with Product development, Marketing, and HR team to ensure coordinated work
 
                      - Create operational playbooks that bridge user experience with backend capability.
 
                      - Establish best practices for customer support, refund policies, and dispute resolution.
 
                    
                    Performance & Scalability
                    
                      - Monitor operational KPIs (retention, fulfillment accuracy, support resolution time, etc.).
 
                      - Build infrastructure to support rapid user growth and platform scalability.
 
                      - Lead business continuity planning and platform risk mitigation.
